Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Public Affairs, Journalism, Communications or other relevant areas
5-8 years of media relations experience in Mainland China with multinational corporations or agencies
Good knowledge of the media, social and key opinion leader landscape; and keen relationship builder with solid media relations in China
Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concern
Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills, in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Disciplined organizational skills in all aspects of job performance with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities
Work with the team to develop and execute annual PR strategies aligned with Shanghai Disney Resort’s brand objectives, business priorities, and market trends
Work with the team to implement multi-channel PR campaigns (e.g., seasonal campaigns, product launches, special events) to drive brand awareness and business growth
Identify and cultivate partnerships with media, brands, influencers, and organizations to amplify brand reach and create mutually beneficial opportunities
Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., media reach, engagement, sentiment) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies
Stay informed on emerging PR trends and recommend adaptations to enhance campaign effectiveness
