Strong knowledge of US employment laws and the ability to manage legal entities are essential, as is experience coordinating updates with legal and operational teams. Familiarity with regulatory filings and reporting obligations is also needed.
This role involves overseeing ongoing regulatory and compliance operations across U.S. states, ensuring alignment with state-specific labor and employment regulations, managing the lifecycle of legal entities, collaborating with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Ops teams, maintaining centralized records of compliance activities, creating internal documentation, identifying and addressing compliance risks, and optimizing workflows for compliance tracking. The specialist will also contribute to the development of internal tools and automation to support compliance efforts.
