Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, product development, consulting services, or related domains
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or a similar discipline
  • Professional certification preferred (IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PBA, CAP, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong critical-thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail with focus on producing high-quality, accurate, and data-driven deliverables
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel; business intelligence and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred: Understanding of database management and data visualization techniques
  • Preferred: Knowledge of financial analysis, business case development, and risk assessment and mitigation

Responsibilities

  • Assess business needs in complex and evolving situations, aligning with Index Business’ strategic objectives and business goals
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions
  • Ensure issues are fully resolved and take ownership of efforts until closure is obtained; lead cross-functional work to close any gaps highlighted in root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for new initiatives, existing products, and system enhancements
  • Perform complex data analysis using various tools and methodologies to generate insights, create reports, presentations, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including senior management, client services, marketing, sales, product management, technology, and operations
  • Develop and recommend business solutions that align with the Index Business objectives and technical constraints
  • Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and develop standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts and support knowledge transfer across teams
  • Develop structured communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training materials to ensure effective solution implementation across all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Management Office to prioritize recommendations, ensure seamless project execution, and proactively identify risks at a project level (technical, staffing, and planning)
