Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience working with SDK integrations for browser solutions and/or mobile applications (Android/iOS), demonstrating a strong understanding of integration principles
  • Proven experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, Customer Engineer, Integration Engineer) with substantial direct customer interaction

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for all customers throughout their integration journey and beyond, gaining a deep understanding of their technical environments, challenges, and integration requirements
  • Conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers to analyze their integration needs and translate them into clear, detailed technical specifications, integration plans, and user stories for the engineering team
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback related to integrations and product functionality, ensuring valuable insights are incorporated into the product backlog
  • Work closely with the Product Management team to align customer needs with the product roadmap, particularly focusing on integration-related requests
  • Collaborate directly with the engineering team to brainstorm technical solutions, ensure the feasibility of integration requests, and facilitate smooth implementation
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and integration processes effectively to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist existing customers with technical integration inquiries, providing direct support for complex issues and escalating appropriately to the engineering team when necessary
  • Proactively seek to understand the competitive landscape in relation to integrations and product features, providing insights based on customer interactions and market awareness
