Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration patterns that align with enterprise architecture and customer-specific data protection goals
- Provide over-the-shoulder guidance to client implementation teams during software deployments (e.g., ESA configuration, DSG deployment, Cloud API integration)
- Review customer’s environment and map out how Protegrity’s platform can be integrated to meet their data protection goals
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical blueprints
- Lead implementations by rolling up sleeves to help bring solutions to life
- Act as a trusted technical partner during critical delivery milestones
- Lead Q&A-style office hours and offer consultative support during installations
- Ensure that best practices are followed across environments
