Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for collaborating with remote teams and customers worldwide. A technical mindset and a desire for technical growth are required, with bonus points for experience with open-source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space, and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
The Solutions Engineer will partner with the Sales team to communicate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers. They will own technical engagements, deliver product presentations, and articulate technical advantages to close complex opportunities. Responsibilities include gathering customer feedback, driving product conversations based on customer needs, and contributing to documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.
