Responsibilities

Lead functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions
Guide organizations through onboarding, implementation, and expansion with white-glove support, best practices, and proven strategies
Deliver high-impact training, jumpstart engagements, and offer tailored technical consulting
Provide roadmap assurance, guide project execution, and ensure Grafana's capabilities align with customer’s architecture, goals, and constraints
Identify recurring issues, monitor support needs, and advocate for product improvements in collaboration with internal teams
Accelerate delivery of solutions for customers as part of a nimble team
