Responsibilities

Provision licenses for new customers
Directly implement Grafana products during customer onboarding
Collaborate with Sales, SEs, and Observability Architects for smooth knowledge transfer from pre to post sales
Teach training sessions using standard content, customized, or engagement-specific material
Collaborate with Customer Experience strategy teams to create and manage onboarding documentation, videos, and presentation material
Document and share customer success and intervention stories
Maintain high level of professionalism, empathy, business, and technical acumen
Drive customer onboarding, fast value realization, hands-on implementation support, and technical consulting
Optimize usage to keep costs low and establish customer Center of Excellence through training and best-practice guidance
Provide prescriptive technical direction when customers face challenges
