Responsibilities

Serve as the technical point of contact for key publishers on the Postman API Network, providing hands-on support and guidance to help them succeed
Lead technical onboardings and architectural reviews to ensure that publishers’ API integrations and public workspaces are optimized for performance, scalability, and developer experience
Scale onboarding and enablement efforts for new and existing publishers by creating detailed technical guides, tutorials, and example collections that demonstrate best practices and advanced features
Collaborate with Product, DevRel, and Success teams to provide proactive technical solutions, integrate new platform features, and improve publishers' workflows
Partner with publishers to co-design and implement API use cases, automation solutions, and demo experiences that drive growth and engagement
Advocate for publishers by capturing technical requirements and collaborating with internal teams to shape product roadmaps and build impactful features
Track and analyze key metrics, using data-driven insights to identify and address technical challenges, improve API performance, and enhance the overall publisher experience
