Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on full-stack development. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles, along with familiarity with Salesforce Platform, including Apex programming and Lightning Web Components development, and desirable Salesforce certifications. Experience with modern JavaScript and unit testing frameworks like LWC and React is preferred, as well as knowledge of continuous integration tools like Jenkins or CircleCI and version control systems like Git.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, the individual will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions adapted to various verticals, working as part of a dynamic team to implement new product functionality and customer enhancements leveraging the Salesforce technology stack. They will establish relationships with customers, product managers, and fellow teams to translate requirements into exceptional products, write modular and reusable code, and utilize computer science fundamentals to deliver quality solutions through thorough testing and best practices. The role also involves leading a delivery team, including training sessions, stand-ups, mentoring, and providing issue resolution, and serving as a member of an agile team, participating in all associated processes and cadences.
