Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in programming and configuring with Force.com Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Omni Script, Flex Cards, JavaScript (ES6), ReactJS or similar platforms
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science (CS), Electronics or a related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights into Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities
  • Extensive understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce's SOQL and SOSL, Security model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter and Force.com product offerings
  • Design experience in Salesforce Lightning UI
  • Understanding of various user-based security models
  • Experience with database concepts and data modeling design
  • Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture
  • Able to identify platform risks, issues and dependencies and communicate strategic risk to business executives and drive the mitigation across the business
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to Data migration, Testing, Pre-build, Integration, and adapt to changing project needs
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively
  • Self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation without explicit direction
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Service, Sales, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder certifications
  • Experience in automated testing (unit testing and functional testing)
  • Strong Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure and SQL

Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improving existing capabilities
  • Customize, develop, and support solutions on the force.com platform
  • Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes
  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and JavaScript, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Omni Script and Flex Cards to extend Salesforce
  • Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes
  • Collaborate, mentor and guide other engineers within the team
  • Document and analyze processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented
  • Create and maintain a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members
  • Stay current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases
