Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional IT experience in integration, security, and architecture. Proficiency in developing scalable software solutions using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Python, or Scala is required, along with experience in AWS and related cloud technologies. Experience with Big Data tools, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, middleware platforms, and various operating systems (Windows, Linux, MVS) is necessary. Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and messaging solutions like Kafka is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Developer will lead design activities and build the foundation for API management and a portfolio of services across Cloud and in-house applications. Key responsibilities include designing technical and integration architectures, defining solutions using SOA patterns, automating business process models, and developing API-enabled gateways and multi/hybrid cloud services. The role involves refining the product backlog and user stories, ensuring teams follow test and build automation for interoperability, and developing enterprise-class security systems for production environments.
