Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning or equivalent qualification
Overall 5+ years in the IT industry with at least 2 years in a leadership/mentoring role
Strong expertise in Python for production-grade solution development
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (React, Next.js)
Professional communication skills in both written and spoken English
Strong familiarity with modern software architectures, data engineering pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-quality software solutions
Implement, test, deploy, and monitor features with precision and purpose
Collaborate with international teams to enhance and improve products
Apply proven design patterns and best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
