Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in Web3.
  • Programming Experience: 8-15+ years of professional programming experience.
  • Smart Contract Languages: Strong proficiency in at least one Smart Contract programming language (Solidity, Rust, FunC, Move).
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, such as consensus algorithms and cryptography.
  • API & Architecture: Firm understanding of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
  • Integration Experience: Experience with leading complex integrations and features involving numerous stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of Chainlink’s applications into Non-EVM blockchains.
  • Work closely with fellow engineers to build the end-to-end experience for their products, including dApps, data services, smart contracts, monitoring, and tooling.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for diverse blockchain environments.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with distributed systems and p2p networking.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in an asynchronous team setting.
  • Participation in hackathons or demonstrable hands-on development work via personal projects (active GitHub profile).
  • Experience working on open-source projects.
  • Relevant cryptography certifications (e.g., CBSA, CBD).
  • Experience with other high-level programming languages (Python, Golang, C++, TypeScript).
