Required skills include hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, microservices, and design patterns, proficiency with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, automated testing, and agile methodologies, a deep understanding of software engineering principles and modern system design, and strong debugging and optimization skills. Excellent verbal communication is also necessary.
The Senior Software Engineer will provide strategic technical leadership by developing and communicating a technical vision aligned with product goals, collaborating with architects on technology decisions, and evaluating new technologies for strategic innovation. They will lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, ensuring adherence to best practices like SOLID principles and TDD.
