Requirements

9+ years of experience in professional software development
Experience and confidence working with modern Front End development practices
Experience working in and shipping features inside an established, complex codebase
Experience developing creative tools and working with graphics libraries (plus)
Ability to lead projects and feature development from definition through implementation
Ability to communicate complex concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient in building consensus among collaborators and peers
Exposure to full-stack development, including familiarity in designing APIs, working with databases, and monitoring application performance
Proficient in leveraging AI tools (Coding agents, LLMs, etc.) as part of your workflow
Experience in Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Go (pluses)

Responsibilities

Maintain and implement a web-based editor and suite of creative tools for dynamic webpage construction, used by users and in-house content team
Contribute to a React (NextJS) and GraphQL codebase that is peer-reviewed and part of continuous deployment pipeline
Actively participate in developing useful API contracts between Front End and Back End
Coordinate between technical leads on best practices and align on implementation strategies
Work closely with Product Management and Product Design to communicate new feature designs to other members of the team
Work closely with stakeholders on the team to arrive at the priorities and requirements the team will proceed with
