Requirements

  • Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic and RAG frameworks to lead design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems, demonstrated in Python/Java or any other programming language
  • Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and hands-on experience building RESTful web services
  • Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework with strong knowledge of JVM internals (concurrency, multi-threading)
  • Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and database concepts, with expertise in SQL and relational databases like Postgres, Microsoft SQL-Server, and BigQuery
  • Experience with distributed systems and technologies such as Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Python (highly desirable)
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like ReactJS, React Native, Redux, Webpack, and Node.js (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with deploying applications in cloud environments, including Kubernetes and cloud-native databases that scale to enterprise needs (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Software Engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, log aggregation, monitoring, and alerting for production systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Work in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment, sharing creative ideas and partnering with engineers, designers, and product managers
  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using a modern tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components
  • Conduct root cause analysis on applications to address business questions, identify performance bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Engage with engineering teams across geographies to share knowledge, leverage expertise, and contribute to the broader tech community
  • Collaborate with engineers and product visionaries to design, develop, and deliver innovative developer platforms that drive the Developer Productivity ecosystem
  • Leverage expertise in backend and frontend technologies to create scalable, engaging, and seamless user experiences
  • Work on cutting-edge AI solutions and interact with global engineering teams
