Requirements

  • Experience building large scale distributed software systems with proven scalability and complex topologies
  • Experience with Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS Aurora Postgres, or other modern technologies (willingness to learn if not all experienced)
  • Product-focused engineering mindset
  • Strong commitment to test-driven development (TDD) or behaviour-driven development (BDD)
  • Comfort operating in uncertainty, rapid change, and fast-moving environments
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team player in a flat hierarchy
