Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of experience in back-end development using TypeScript & NodeJS, with a focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance
  • Extensive experience working with AWS in a production environment, preferably for high volume/high availability services, including designing, deploying, and optimizing AWS services
  • Rigorous with code quality and engineering best practices (testability, maintainability), accustomed to tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, GitHub
  • Proficiency in Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development, and Continuous Integration/Deployment
  • Effective and proactive communication skills, ability to collaborate with different profiles and roles
  • Proven experience with Domain Driven Design (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, and scalable solutions to Aircall clients
  • Write clean scalable code using Typescript/Node.js, test and deploy applications and systems
  • Have key responsibilities within requirements analysis, solution design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules to provide business solutions
  • Involvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability
