Candidates need 6+ years of software engineering experience including 3+ years in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or platform engineering, proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or C++, and expertise in platform building, automation, networking, site reliability, configuration management, or IaC (Terraform, Pulumi). Strong software engineering fundamentals, distributed troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and an ownership mindset are also required.
