Responsibilities

Provide infrastructure services to enhance platform resilience, ensuring availability and smooth operation without failures
Act as a technical mentor for the team, offering guidance and leveraging expertise in SRE best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system architecture and enhance operational efficiency
Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure and automation solutions to support mission-critical services
Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures
Foster a culture of reliability within product teams and deliver shared internal-facing observability solutions
Spread SRE culture across all teams, identifying ways to optimize metrics for faster failure detection and increased product reliability
Manage, administer, evolve, and monitor foundational infrastructure (compute, storage, and network), transforming these into consumable products for the engineering team
Reduce operational costs and enhance the resilience and efficiency of infrastructure
