Requirements

+5 years of back-end software development experience in highly dynamic environments
Proficiency in Python, Java or Go and experience with relevant frameworks and technologies (Flask, FastApi, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Boto3)
Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing and listening)
A B.Sc. in computer science or a related discipline - Finished or at final years
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Strong knowledge of database design, optimization, and management (SQL and NoSQL)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Participate in designing and developing Innovid’s products in a multiple technologies, no code ownership environment
Design and develop modules for a high-end product that serves billions of transactions a day
Deploy your code to production in a continuous manner
Be responsible for the well-being of your application in production
Work with product managers to define, prioritize and finalize features
Carry out full stack, end to end development
Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of core backend systems
Build robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that power critical business operations
