Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with a strong preference for Python or JavaScript/TypeScript experience. They should also have experience working on AI projects with third-party LLM providers such as OpenAI, Azure, or Anthropic, along with deep familiarity with prompt engineering techniques, rapid iteration workflows, and evaluation of LLM changes. Additionally, candidates are expected to have proven track record building internal experimentation and evaluation tooling, and experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
As a Senior Software Engineer, the individual will execute on the AI product roadmap by designing solutions and running high-volume experiments, design and implement code abstractions and evaluation tooling, actively participate in leveling up development practices for AI development, and champion a high-quality bar by reviewing code, providing feedback, and fostering collaboration. They will also ensure the team provides the best AI Agent platform experience by staying close to customer feedback and internal team pain points.
