Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on building, training, and deploying ML/LLM models in production. A proven track record of rapidly iterating on AI product ideas and shipping high-impact features is essential. Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical partners, are required.
