Responsibilities

Collaborate with other Software Development members on a Scrum team to build an industry-leading product
Work with the Manager, Software Engineering to influence product direction and team decisions
Develop and maintain high-quality software code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
Identify and address technical debt to improve the overall health of the codebase
Work with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and customer satisfaction
Participate in hackathons, tutorials, and other learning opportunities to develop skills and knowledge
Contribute to the growth and development of team members through mentorship and guidance
