Plusgrade is seeking a Senior Software Test Developer to develop and implement automated testing strategies for our machine learning models and data pipelines. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems in production through robust testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, thereby strengthening our artificial intelligence function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for a machine learning-based platform featuring asynchronous endpoints, models, and data pipelines.
• Design and implement testing frameworks to ensure the stability and accuracy of production systems.
• Integrate unit and automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
• Monitor test results, identify anomalies, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Partner with data scientists and data engineers to understand needs and develop effective testing strategies.
• Document and implement test plans, test cases, and expected results.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ideally, experience in testing and automating systems using machine learning.
• Excellent practical experience with Python and API-based processes.
• Experience with white-box and black-box testing.
• Experience in designing tests for back-end applications.
