Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in social media analytics and insights, with a strong preference for experience within the entertainment industry. They should demonstrate expertise in social media listening and monitoring, social measurement, influencer identification, campaign evaluation, competitive research, and strategic storytelling with data.
The Senior Social Insights Manager will conduct in-depth analyses of social media data to identify trends, sentiment, and consumer insights, designing projects and providing actionable recommendations to inform strategies and content creation. They will build cross-functional partnerships to understand business priorities and ensure effective use of social data, proactively identifying gaps and making strategic recommendations. Additionally, they will establish measurement frameworks, identify opportunities for optimization, and coordinate with external vendors to execute custom projects while creating educational materials for social managers.
