Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and have at least 5 years of technical engineering experience, including coding in languages such as Python, Go, or Java. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments is essential, along with a strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will ensure high uptime and reliability of Crossix’s production environment, both on-premise and in the cloud, taking responsibility for managing the production environment, security, change management, deployment, architecture, and tools. They will lead technical calls with business partners, perform root cause analysis for complex failures, utilize Grafana to develop dashboards, analyze performance and stability issues, and create in-house automation tooling. Furthermore, they will work closely with DevOps, R&D, product, and integration managers to enable automated CI/CD methods, design and develop troubleshooting tools, and constantly improve the technology stack while working in a data-driven environment with cutting-edge technologies.
