Requirements

  • Leadership experience managing a large-scale Distribution Center with 30-50 executives
  • Ability to develop and lead a strong work culture focused on operational performance, talent management, engagement, and development
  • Expertise in driving fiscal responsibility and speed in service of online and in-store guests
  • Skills in establishing and maintaining open communication with internal/external guests and suppliers
  • Capability to lead implementation of key initiatives and corporate priorities with urgency
  • Commitment to championing belonging in the workforce

Responsibilities

  • Set clear expectations that safety and well-being of team members is the top priority, leading accident prevention efforts
  • Drive safety awareness, education, accountability, safe behaviors, housekeeping, behavioral observations, and participation in safety meetings/incident reviews
  • Manage freight flow in and out of the Distribution Center to maximize speed, accuracy, and gross margin
  • Identify, recommend, and implement system/operational changes to enhance merchandise flow and reduce processing cycle times
  • Ensure short- and long-term staffing strategies support operational goals
  • Lead overall Distribution Center operations, productivity, quality management, and supply chain focus across regional/upstream centers, import warehouses, fulfillment, and flow centers
