Staff ServiceNow IT Asset Management Developer/Engineer

Candidates must be US citizens, US naturalized citizens, or US Permanent Residents holding a green card, and pass a ServiceNow background screening including a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and drug test. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and Rest API are required, along with 4+ years of ServiceNow specific technologies such as Service Catalog Items, Catalog UI Policy, Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Table API, ACL, and Workflow/Flow Designer. Demonstrated proficiency with ServiceNow APIs and knowledge of ITIL and ITSM disciplines are also necessary.
This role involves developing ServiceNow scoped applications utilizing the platform's functionality, integrating 3rd party systems via MID server and web services (REST), creating and maintaining API and data integrations, and serving as a lead contributor on integrating ServiceNow with new and existing technologies. The Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer will also be responsible for implementing multiple ServiceNow modules/products such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and supporting ServiceNow instance upgrades and customization change resolution.
