Demonstrated capability in organizing and executing tasks efficiently and independently, with strong attention to detail
Proficient in translating business documents (e.g., authorization letters) with a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities

Manage Quote to Cash processes across Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Cambodia, including part ordering, shipment coordination, and customs clearance
Support stock take, audits, and timely parts return to the Asian Distribution Center
Facilitate successful instrument installations, training, maintenance, and service calls
Handle call center activities from inquiry response to case assignment
Maintain customer databases and business systems (e.g., Oracle R12, Salesforce FSL), providing administrative office support
Assist with service contract documentation and agreement processes
Interact with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review
Provide support in quotes, process sales orders, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing, warranty issues, and basic product inquiries
May provide in-house training on non-technical customer support
