Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with NCSS stakeholders to prioritize and implement data needs and use cases, including making NCSS data FAIR with relevant metadata
  • Partner across PSTS and DPDS (IT and Data Science) to assess data and data product/tool landscape and support development of product implementation roadmaps and action plans
  • Act as point of contact and subject matter expert for broad user base within NCSS, and defined superuser
  • Manage implementation, monitoring, and user analytics for identified platforms
  • Work cross-functionally to establish workflows to internalize NCSS data in real time and integrate/connect NCSS data and metadata
  • Develop processes for data ingestion, warehousing, curation, standardization, and database management when needed
  • Deploy quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Aid in the design, testing, and validation of products/tools for NCSS data search, interpretation, reporting, and communication to stakeholders
  • Deploy relevant data transformations, visualizations, summaries, and analytics
  • Partner with Data Science to develop and implement statistical and machine learning models applied to NCSS data
