Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with NCSS stakeholders to prioritize and implement data needs and use cases, including making NCSS data FAIR with relevant metadata
Partner across PSTS and DPDS (IT and Data Science) to assess data and data product/tool landscape and support development of product implementation roadmaps and action plans
Act as point of contact and subject matter expert for broad user base within NCSS, and defined superuser
Manage implementation, monitoring, and user analytics for identified platforms
Work cross-functionally to establish workflows to internalize NCSS data in real time and integrate/connect NCSS data and metadata
Develop processes for data ingestion, warehousing, curation, standardization, and database management when needed
Deploy quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Aid in the design, testing, and validation of products/tools for NCSS data search, interpretation, reporting, and communication to stakeholders
Deploy relevant data transformations, visualizations, summaries, and analytics
Partner with Data Science to develop and implement statistical and machine learning models applied to NCSS data
