Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Five plus years of work experience in project management, construction management, engineering, or similar field
Strong Primavera P6 scheduling experience
Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Attend a variety of meetings and visit the construction site periodically to support the development of accurate project schedules
Review contractor submittals, including the baseline submittal and subsequent monthly schedule updates
Prepare a Schedule Review Package and narrative for the owner's construction manager that confirms the contractors narrative, including a review of progress, critical path, and other metrics
Provide verification of activity duration and workflow logic
Verify activity start, completion, and progress through the review of field and inspection reports or other correspondence
Review of general contractor's lookahead schedule to identify potential issues
Provide schedule performance reporting to the owner and provide schedule updates to the project team for stakeholder coordination and communication purposes
Review of payment applications from the contractor
Review time-impact analyses (TIA's) and recovery schedules as needed
Provide claims mitigation support as needed
Develop and maintain tactical schedules as needed
