Requirements

Course of studies in IT, information systems, or comparable field
3-5 years of experience in SAP, particularly in SAP BC, Basis administration, SAP Transport management, SAP Notes and support package application, SAP Authorization administration, SAP Solution Manager
Minimum of 3 years of experience as SAP Basis Consultant on IT projects
Fluency in French and English
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proven coordination skills
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
High degree of solution and service orientation
Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

Manage/execute daily monitoring of SAP environments and coordinate remediation actions for incidents
Manage user authorization profiles in SAP environments (creation, update, deletion, assignment in SAP ERP, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, Process Integration)
Manage SAP transports through landscapes and coordinate with third-party vendors for transports outside immediate scope (e.g., support package implementation and upgrades)
Coordinate incident resolution or patch implementation between third-party vendors/service providers and clients
Execute configuration requests related to batch jobs, authorizations, and system incidents on SAP landscapes
Manage and execute periodic technical audits on SAP landscapes in compliance with applicable legislations
Conduct workshops with clients to identify/optimize processes
Develop propositions, submit recommendations, and support them
Plan own workload and that of junior team members under supervision
Coach junior SAP Basis analysts to ensure they acquire required skills for productive delivery
Implement best practices to guarantee quality of work and deliverables
