Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture and design of our Salesforce and GTM systems
Lead and scale integrations across systems like ChiliPiper, Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, and others
Drive adoption of AI tooling across the systems team to accelerate delivery and impact
Architect scalable business logic and lead routing systems that support hundreds of users
Partner with the Director of Operations Technology to define long-term systems vision
Consolidate and improve our systems landscape through thoughtful tool evaluation
Mentor junior admins and drive upskilling across the team
Create measurable improvements in team velocity and shift the org from reactive to strategic systems planning
