Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a strong specialization in Sales & Service Cloud. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions is essential, along with experience in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex, Lightning Components, and various Salesforce features such as Territory Management, Lead Routing, and Omnichannel. Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and integration points is required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for end-to-end processes, design comprehensive end-to-end solutions incorporating industry best practices and Salesforce capabilities, create architectural diagrams and documentation, provide expert guidance to development teams, lead the evaluation of technologies, oversee the development of technical specifications, configure and customize Salesforce objects and fields, and architect integration solutions to connect Salesforce with external systems. They will also contribute innovative approaches to complex implementations and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of specialized Salesforce areas.
