Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities
  • Experience serving as central point of contact for Salesforce operations, maintenance, implementation, and configuration
  • Ability to partner with key business units (e.g., senior management, sales, delivery, COE, marketing, Financial Operations, IT, Product Development, legal)
  • Technical leadership and support skills to drive platform adoption and user effectiveness
  • Expertise in evaluating and recommending Salesforce products and features
  • Proficiency in providing training and support to end-users
  • Knowledge of staying updated with Salesforce trends, tools, best practices, certifications, and training
  • Skills in leading implementation, configuration, optimization, workflows, processes, and integrations (e.g., CPQ, Appcast Portal, Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData)
  • Ability to ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and governance
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and driving cross-system synergy
  • Expertise in developing and managing dashboards, reports, analytics, KPIs, and monitoring performance/usage

Responsibilities

  • Execute long-term comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligning with company objectives
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects from scoping, planning to execution
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce initiatives, gathering requirements and providing solutions
  • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products/features for productivity, efficiency, customer engagement
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Stay updated on Salesforce trends/tools/best practices and ensure team certifications/training
  • Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce
  • Ensure data integrity, security, compliance with stakeholders like legal
  • Partner with business units to troubleshoot issues, identify improvements, drive integrations/synergy
  • Manage complex Salesforce integrations for seamless data flow/process alignment
  • Drive implementation/alignment of Salesforce with other systems and data governance
  • Develop/manage dashboards, reports, analytics for actionable insights
  • Monitor Salesforce performance/usage and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate on defining/tracking KPIs
