Requirements

  • Proven software development experience in designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions, with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in designing and building third-party system integrations with Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, LWC, JavaScript to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform in configuring, customizing, and deploying solutions, including advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform automation tools
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, ensuring automated deployments, version control, and continuous delivery of changes across multiple environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating external applications and services using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API), with a strong ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot data exchanges and real-time integrations to support complex enterprise workflows
  • Ability to create dashboards, custom reports, and harness analytics tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce security models, permission sets, role hierarchies, and best practices for maintaining regulatory compliance in contract management
  • Nice-to-Have: Advanced Reporting & Analytics expertise in Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, or custom reporting solutions that leverage big data and AI-driven insights

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, JavaScript and Lightning Web components
  • Implement and manage Salesforce deployment release management using version control and CI/CD pipelines with Github, Copado and Devops Center
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Perform data migration, integration, and deployment activities
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns (platform events, AWS EventBridge)
  • Integrate Conga or similar CLM tools and Adobe Sign with Salesforce
  • Implement declarative features such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects to support business needs while optimizing system performance and scalability
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
