Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven expertise as a Salesforce Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modeling
  • Expertise in LWC and Apex development for building modern, high-performance user interfaces
  • Excellent understanding of DevOps principles (ideally Git/Gearset) and Agile methodologies
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce Flows and perform successful platform upgrades
  • Salesforce Developer I & II certifications are essential
  • Desirable: Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud or other Industry Clouds
  • Desirable: Additional certifications (e.g., Omnistudio, Salesforce Architect)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing heavily on Salesforce Media Cloud and using LWC and Apex
  • Develop and maintain system architecture and documentation, ensuring high standards for data integrity and security
  • Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to mid-level and associate engineers, and champion a positive team culture
  • Manage the continuous deployment of enhancements using CI/CD tooling (preferably Git/Gearset) and best practices
  • Provide essential production support including debugging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure platform reliability
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and continuously enhance the platform to meet evolving business needs
