Requirements

  • Experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud and related GTM Technologies
  • Skilled in building complex lead journeys with marketing nurture cycles
  • Strategic thinker and practical problem solver, capable of understanding desired business outcomes and determining the best actions to achieve them
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships with teams based in EMEA, APAC, and NAM
  • Proficient in change management and governance, successfully launching new functionality and tools
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal direction
  • Experienced in working with global stakeholders and within dynamic environments (startup experience desirable)
  • Exceptional Salesforce domain skills, including working with standard/custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, etc
  • Expert with Salesforce Flow builder
  • Experience with utilising AI to support GTM tools like Salesforce / Agentforce
  • Nice to have: Experience with CLM Tools DocuSign/Jira
  • Nice to have: Experience with DataCloud

Responsibilities

  • Define, configure and customise the Salesforce platform and other tools to support business processes across all our teams
  • Deliver high impact projects such as building out end to end sales journeys for both high velocity deal cycles and longer term strategic partnership deals
  • Work closely with our Enablement and RevOps teams to scope priorities and deliver custom business solutions
  • Define our backlog of initiatives and identify opportunities to scale our process and operations to better enable our teams
