Requirements

5+ years hands-on experience administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative development, especially Flow Builder (must be able to demonstrate)
Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications
Experience supporting Conga Contracts or similar CLM tools
Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX
Experience integrating Salesforce with ETL tools and third-party applications
Agile/Scrum experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work core business hours (8–5 in any US time zone) with occasional evening/weekend support for major releases
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

Responsibilities

Administer and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
Configure and support Salesforce embedded applications and integrations such as Conga
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes using Salesforce best practices
Manage support requests, configuration changes, and bulk data updates while adhering to change control processes
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends; proactively identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience
Document system configurations, processes, and training materials; support end-user training and adoption
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
Mentor and support other administrators and team members
