Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative development, especially Flow Builder (must be able to demonstrate)
  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications
  • Experience supporting Conga Contracts or similar CLM tools
  • Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ETL tools and third-party applications
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work core business hours (8–5 in any US time zone) with occasional evening/weekend support for major releases
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

Responsibilities

  • Administer and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
  • Configure and support Salesforce embedded applications and integrations such as Conga
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes using Salesforce best practices
  • Manage support requests, configuration changes, and bulk data updates while adhering to change control processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends; proactively identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience
  • Document system configurations, processes, and training materials; support end-user training and adoption
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
  • Mentor and support other administrators and team members
