Requirements

  • Knowledge of company commercial sales policies to formulate and implement regional sales strategies
  • Experience in managing distributor inventory (safety stock and order management), pricing systems, regional sales flow, distributor service capabilities, policy communication, personnel training and management, resource and expense management, regular business reviews and planning, after-sales service, data collection and analysis, and collaboration for medical market channels (listing, repurchase, education) to increase controllable terminal proportion
  • Skills in establishing customer profiles, understanding strategic needs, organizational structure, ROI, and sales share
  • Strong communication skills with primary and secondary distributor management personnel for timely market feedback
  • Capability to collect and report tender materials, prepare for provincial tenders, conduct secondary negotiations post-bid, ensure drug listing after delivery orders, and promote sales of winning products in targeted institutions
  • Willingness to handle other projects or temporary tasks assigned by superiors

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage secondary or tertiary distributor markets in the assigned region, including brand penetration, sales channel consolidation, distributor management, BMM management, market activity execution, sales data analysis, market information collection and feedback, tendering, and government pricing information collection and feedback
  • Formulate and implement regional commercial sales strategies per company policies; effectively manage distributors, including inventory management (safety stock and orders), pricing systems, regional sales flow management, monitoring distributor service capabilities, communicating commercial policies and strategies, personnel training and management, resource and expense management, regular business reviews and planning, providing after-sales service, data collection and analysis, and collaborating with distributors to manage broad medical market channels (listing/repurchase/education) to increase controllable terminal proportion
  • Establish customer profiles, accurately understanding distributors' strategic needs, personnel organization, ROI, and sales share of each company at the distributor
  • Maintain close communication with primary and secondary distributor management personnel and provide timely market information feedback
  • Collect and report tender materials in advance, prepare for company product tenders in the province; post-bid, proactively complete secondary negotiations (if needed) per government documents, push distributors to ensure drug listing after receiving delivery orders, and ensure sales of company winning products in targeted medical institutions
  • Handle other project-based or temporary tasks assigned by superiors
