The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will manage and utilize data sources to ensure accurate and timely sales commission processing for global sales teams, support monthly Manager audits of compensation credits, develop administrative skills in sales commission processing software, and deliver insights on sales performance to support strategic decisions, connecting Sales, HR, Product, and Operations teams.
