Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, with an MBA or relevant certifications such as CPSM or CIPS being a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management with a focus on Software and SaaS solutions is required. Candidates must have a deep understanding of SaaS licensing models, pricing structures, and legal considerations, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sourcing Manager for SaaS will lead complex sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for Software and SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They will create and manage RFx processes, develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract controls are in place. The role includes driving cost savings, managing strategic supplier relationships, conducting market research to identify new sourcing opportunities, and implementing procurement best practices to optimize Software and SaaS spend.
