Requirements

  • Passionate about Music. Feel proud of being able to help songwriters
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in music copyrights field or accounting/business data processing role
  • Fluent in Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • Quick learner and good with system data operation
  • Familiar with Microsoft office software, such as Excel, PPT, word, etc
  • Willingness to participate in meticulous, computer heavy tasks
  • Preciseness working, good communication and team work spirit
  • Bachelor and/or master degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/statistics, music business management or related area strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain music works and agreement registrations in UMPG Copyrights & Royalty system accurately and timely, and solve or coordinate to solve any troubles incurred
  • Work together and maintain a cohesive partnership with global admin team, platform partners and local society to solve copyright related issues
  • Act as super user of UMPG Copyrights & Royalty system and support global team on system upgrade and enhancement
  • Understand royalty processing and work together with royalty team to solve errors related to copyrights
  • Proactively manage and arrange work tasks for admin interns with attention to detail
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and requests assigned by functional leader
