Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex, often technical, revenue-driven initiatives spanning one or multiple lines of business, ensuring outcomes are met
  • Serve as SME for project management best practices and contribute to team/task force growth
  • Lead project teams by defining clear project plans, driving meetings, setting expectations, guiding teams tactically, and adhering to scope and timeline
  • Own the entire project life cycle from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
  • Work autonomously in ambiguous environments to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and leadership decisions
  • Apply analytical and critical thinking to proactively solve problems, mitigate risks, and drive execution with speed and quality
  • Create and maintain project documentation, collaborate with stakeholders to keep it up-to-date, and enforce procedures
  • Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for program portfolios, providing visibility on milestones, performance, paths forward for concerns, and collaborative solutions
  • Create executive status reports and lead cross-functional meetings
  • Uphold exceptional attention to detail and produce high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify gaps between teams, processes, and systems with a bias for action
  • Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Contribute to process improvements and help mitigate classic failure modes (e.g., poorly understood requirements)
