Requirements

Candidates should have 5-8+ years of revenue accounting experience with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. A deep understanding of ASC 606 and US GAAP revenue recognition standards is essential, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred, as is public accounting and accounting operations experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior Revenue Manager will develop and execute revenue close procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial results according to US GAAP. This role involves overseeing revenue recognition compliance with ASC 606, reviewing contracts for proper revenue treatment, and preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses. The manager will partner with Sales and Operations to assess contract term impacts, support audits, and contribute to process optimization and internal control enhancements, including SOX compliance. Ad hoc special accounting and financial projects will also be part of the role.
