Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (or related field, as description cuts off)
  • Local to one of the US office locations (hybrid role with 2 remote days per week)
  • Eligible to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship)

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops with clients to understand their quote-to-cash processes and revenue lifecycle
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing functionalities, using declarative tools to meet unique business needs
  • Design and implement solutions for product catalog management, complex pricing and discounting scenarios, and subscription or usage-based billing models
  • Act as Product Owner on assigned projects, managing backlogs and aligning feature delivery with business goals
  • Lead or participate in Salesforce implementations, including data migration and system integration, ensuring seamless integration of Revenue Cloud with other enterprise systems like ERP and payment gateways
  • Create comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials for Revenue Cloud solutions
  • Participate in pre-sales efforts such as solution scoping, demos, and estimating for Revenue Cloud projects
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices and career development within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud space
  • Prioritize, maintain, and refine product backlog and update the backlog based on feedback, changes in priorities, and new insights
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and analysts
  • Maintain client relationships by providing ongoing support, insights, and proactive communication
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts and internal capability building within the Salesforce practice
  • Travel to client sites as needed
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects with a focus on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)—translating client requirements into scalable solutions and ensuring successful delivery across design, configuration, deployment, and support
