Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance; active CPA license
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, financial reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently

Responsibilities

  • Own and complete comprehensive general ledger reconciliations, leveraging AI-powered automation platforms, predictive analytics and smart validation algorithms to drive accuracy, completeness, and process efficiency
  • Champion the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions and automation tools to enhance revenue accounting accuracy, streamline reconciliations, and drive process efficiency
  • Serve as a system integrity guardian by performing periodic, rule-based automated validations between revenue sub-ledger and the GL to proactively detect anomalies, prevent discrepancies, and ensure rapid remediation
  • Drive and maintain accurate standalone selling prices (SSP) for new & existing products including ensuring the validity and integrity of SSPs maintained in SAP
  • Manage the preparation of 10Q/10K revenue disclosure deliverables and collaborate across finance teams to produce transparent, audit-ready, and data-driven reporting
  • Analyze and calculate complex multiple element arrangements, ensuring compliant recognition, disclosure, and documentation under ASC 606
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, FP&A, and Sales Ops to troubleshoot, upgrade, and optimize order-to-cash workflows
  • Oversee part number validation in SAP, ensuring revenue and product classification align for all new product launches
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries
  • Stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and standard processes
