Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in Material/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Physics/Computer engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience with IC Reliability
  • Familiarity with IC testing
  • Familiarity with reliability failure modes (package & Silicon) & FA processes
  • Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
  • Strong problem-solving skills and methodical thinking
  • Curious, inquisitive, detail-oriented, leader
  • Multi-tasking capabilities, high self-learning skills, and independence level
  • Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Knowledge of IC DFT
  • Knowledge of testers and hands-on IC testing
  • Experience with the semiconductor manufacturing process

Responsibilities

  • Prepare gap analyses and risk assessment based on Silicon and package product related features
  • Prepare JEDEC based qualification plan for product reliability
  • Interact with Hardware, Test Engineering, External vendor, NPI team to plan and lead all product aspects of reliability
  • Apply trade-offs for material and schedule where necessary based on deep understanding of the product
  • Problem solving leadership and re-planning as necessary
  • Product parameters analysis and debug as necessary
  • Monitor and supervise program progress to pre-defined milestones
